SMS Terms & Conditions

BRIXI, a product of PIXEL & Mortar LLC ("BRIXI," "we," "us," or "our"), operates a business communications platform that enables small and medium-sized businesses to communicate with their customers via SMS and other messaging channels. These SMS Terms & Conditions ("SMS Terms") govern your participation in BRIXI's messaging program.

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive SMS messages — whether through our platform, a web form, a keyword text, or any other method — you expressly consent to receive recurring automated text messages from BRIXI or from businesses using the BRIXI platform at the phone number you provided.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods, services, or subscriptions.

Messages are supported on all major U.S. wireless carriers. Carriers, including but not limited to T-Mobile, AT&T, and Verizon, are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your privacy is important to us. SMS opt-in data — including your phone number, consent records, and opt-in status — is collected solely for the purpose of delivering the messaging services you have consented to.

We will not sell, share, rent, or otherwise distribute your SMS opt-in data, consent information, or phone number to any third party for their own marketing or promotional purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, sharing with affiliates, partners, advertisers, data brokers, or any entities for lead generation.

Your information may be shared only with service providers directly involved in delivering SMS messages on our behalf, and such providers are contractually bound to use your information solely for that purpose.

BRIXI provides messaging services on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not guarantee the delivery, timeliness, or accuracy of any SMS message. PIXEL & Mortar LLC shall not be liable for any damages arising from delayed, undelivered, or misdirected messages.

We reserve the right to update these SMS Terms at any time. Changes will be effective when posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the messaging service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
