This data may include information about your device operating systems, browsers, and other software installed on your device, device identifiers such as IP address, access times, pages viewed, and the website you visited before navigating to our Services. We may also collect approximate location information based on your IP address or, with your consent, more precise geographic location data from your device.

We share your information with service providers who perform services or functions on our behalf. We share your information with other business partners for our and their own marketing purposes, including sharing with online advertisers or advertising technology companies to provide you with targeted advertising and marketing communications, where permitted under law.
We may disclose or transfer your information to a third party if we sell, transfer, divest, or disclose all or a portion of our business or assets to another company in connection with or during negotiation of any merger, financing, acquisition, bankruptcy, dissolution, transaction, or proceeding. We may disclose your information to third parties when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, our property, personal safety, or the interests of you or any other person, and to detect, prevent, and otherwise address fraud, risk management, security, or technical issues. We may disclose your personal information to government authorities or other relevant third parties in order to comply with applicable legal requirements, judicial proceedings, court orders, legal process, or lawful requests from governmental authorities.
We share aggregate statistical data for the improvement of our Services. We may also share aggregate or de-identified information with third parties at our discretion. Information that has been aggregated and de-identified is no longer considered personal information and may be subsequently used for any purpose.
How We Store and Protect Your Information
We maintain commercially reasonable technical, administrative, and physical security measures designed to protect your information from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. That said, please note that no Internet transmission can ever be guaranteed 100 percent secure, and so we encourage you to take care when disclosing personal information online and to use readily available tools, such as Internet firewalls, secure email, and similar technologies to protect yourself online.
You play an important role in keeping your information secure. You should not share your user name, password, or other security information for your account with anyone. If we receive instructions using your user name and password, we will assume you have authorized the instructions.
We may retain your personal information for as long as your account is active and for a period of time thereafter to allow you to re-activate your account without loss of information. SMS Data and Communications Privacy
When you opt in to receive SMS messages through BRIXI or a business using the BRIXI platform, we collect your mobile phone number, the date and method of your opt-in consent, records of messages sent to and received from you, your opt-out requests and corresponding dates, and any responses or interactions conducted via SMS.
Phone numbers and related data collected for SMS messaging are used solely for the purpose for which consent was provided. This includes delivering transactional messages, informational notifications, and other communications you have expressly consented to receive.
We will not sell, share, rent, lease, trade, or otherwise distribute your SMS opt-in data, consent records, or phone number to any third party for their own marketing, promotional, or lead-generation purposes. We do not share SMS opt-in lists between businesses on our platform.
Your SMS data may only be disclosed to messaging platform providers engaged solely to deliver messages on our behalf under contractual obligations limiting their use of your data, or to law enforcement, regulatory authorities, or government agencies as required by applicable law, subpoena, or court order.
You may revoke your SMS consent at any time by replying STOP to any message. We honor all opt-out requests and will cease messaging within 24 hours of receipt. You may also contact us at Hello@Brixi.Tech to opt out.
We retain SMS consent records and messaging logs for a minimum period as required by applicable telecommunications regulations and the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). After the applicable retention period, records are securely deleted unless longer retention is required by law or for the resolution of disputes.
Use of SMS features is subject to our SMS Terms & Conditions. For questions about our SMS data practices, contact Hello@Brixi.Tech.
